Del Mar Kiwanis provides a fun environment where concerned citizens leverage their time and money to improve our community. The members of Del Mar Kiwanis are key business people in San Dieguito area. Through Kiwanis, members experience the opportunity to develop friendships, forge new business alliances, and create prosperity for their community and businesses.

In a nutshell, we host fun events that raise money and then spend that money making a positive shift in our community. Del Mar Kiwanis organizes two major fund raising events each year: The Original Ugly Dog Contest (now in its 11th year) and the Kiwanis Day at the Races (September each year). Money raised from these events is distributed to various charity organizations.

Weekly Meetings: Thursdays, 12 p.m. at Red Tracton's - just north of the Del Mar Racetrack at 550 Via de la Valle (phone: 755-6600). Bring your appetite - the food is plentiful. However, buying lunch is not obligatory.
